Amy Johnson, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Amy Johnson, a native of Newport, New Hampshire, attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, graduating with a degree in tourism management. Her travels took her all over the United States, inspiring her to shift her career focus to becoming a professional chef, a career she pursued for thirty-five years. In that career, she lived in Hawaii, California and Texas. She returned to Newport to be with family and began her training as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She worked in that industry for six years prior to coming to Starkey in January of 2025. Her hobbies include travel, music and time with family.
Sandee Story
Patient Care Coordinator
Sandee has over 30 years in Customer Service, serving in Functional Medicine, Homecare and Hospice, and Pain and Depression Clinics before joining Powerhouse Hearing. She is passionate about helping people and takes pride in being the patients’ first contact.
In her spare time, Sandee is an artist who designs and paints furniture, and she is currently restoring a 120-year-old home with her husband, Ken.
